Leadership experiences in AIESEC
In AIESEC we offer students and recent graduates with experiences for them to develop their leadership potential and equip them with global mindset.
Team Experiences Programs
The Team Experiences are divided into two parts; the Team Member Programme (TMP) and the Team Leader Programme (TLP).
Global Exchange Programs
AIESEC offers two types of Global Exchange: The Global Community Development Programme (GCDP) and theGlobal Internship Programme (GIP).
AIESEC Conferences
Every year, AIESEC organises over 400 conferences globally in 113 countries. In AIESEC Hong Kong, we hold 4 national conferences every year.
